These Immediate Changes Needed In Our Education System

The youth are the future of the country and this alone will take the country to greater heights, no doubt the Government of India is making efforts to further strengthen our education system.I agree that there are many institutions, schools, some learned andmany areworking to reform the earlier education system.Yet there are so many problems to end to giving strength our education system and here are some points tochange for sustainablegrowth and humanistic values by education;

  1. Repetition learning:

Repetition learning is our older learning concept, it is memorization technique and based on repetition, somehow it is effective but does not work in long way. Boundaries of this learning are much limited.Today, we need the concept of Conceptual learning such that we can connect ourselves withtoday’s learning.

  1. Technology introduction:

In Education, introducing of technology will be a visionary step. Technology will make aware to the today’s education system.Technology can be a powerful tool for transforming learning. It can help to strengthen and improve teacher-student relationships, revitalize our learning and collaborative approaches, reduce old age and accessibility gaps, and transform learning skills to meet the needs of all students. Students are often gifted with information in the classroom that they should try to process quickly and make sense. However, this can leave them feeling frustrated and confused. The technology provides students with access to many online services, encouraging them to do research and therefore more independent. It also makes it easier to learn by making the ideas more complex, and Teaching is now more than a lecturer in front of a blackboard and technology has been an integral part of its development. It has transformed education and the way that people learn and retain information. Therefore, its role in the future of education is a fundamental part in maintaining the growth and progression of today’s economy. a teacher can ask students to take an online quiz which will provide them with instant feedback, eliminating the time that the teacher would have otherwise taken to grade and look through each assignment. Technology reduces both the time and cost of teachers and also allows students to remain on top of their education by having permanent access to information, for example being able to check deadlines or emailing a teacher about queries that they may have at any time of the day.

  1. Teacher Training:

Teacher education (TE) or Teacher Training is the Procedures, Policies and Regulations (Future) refers to the preparation of teachers with knowledge, attitudes, behaviours and skills that enable them to perform their tasks effectively in the classroom, school and at a wider level.  The teacher needs training and development to maintain a rapidly changing student structure and a thriving classroom environment. Since the recruiting force has the power to revolve around it. Online registration is growing 4-5 times faster than on-campus. In India, UGC has invited applications from all eligible higher education institutions to offer online courses from 2019-20. But is it possible without training? No, it is not possible without the training and we often forget about universities and higher education. There we have a large teaching workforce that earns students through their final academic milestones. Today’s students are mature, motivated and need practical, conversation-based learning that is challenging to teach them for a traditional ‘lecturer’.

  1. Evaluation Procedure

The teacher should plan the learning activities provided to the students and at the same time, keep in mind two things – the goals and the learning position. The process is three-dimensional, with three coordinates objects, teaching points and learning activities. The process of determining or determining the value or amount of an object by using the criterion of evaluation involves decisions based on internal evidence and external criteria. From the above definitions, it can be said that the term is expected to be broader and more comprehensive than measure and test. The test question is a set of measurements that assign numbers to test results. On the other hand, pricing decisions according to certain rules of evaluation.

  1. Customize Education

Indian education must realize that the absorption power of every student is not the same. Therefore, the teaching method may not be the same for every student in the class. Some students have a fast learning speed and some are slow. Teachers should be interested to see each of their students. While it is not possible for a single teacher to focus on each student manually, schools should begin to use technologies such as artificial intelligence and chatbots to assist students and teachers.

  1. Need to focus on Research Work:

To develops a new understanding of teaching, learning, etc. Teachers benefit from various researches as it helps to have a better understanding of the subject. In addition, it develops a greater understanding of teaching, learning and other academic administration. Like other Science research, education also plays an important role in the production of research strategies, methods, practices and other means and plays a cultural role in providing different frameworks for understanding and visualizing social reality.

Syllabus:

A document that is required to be taught in the syllabus is used to formulate the main points of the syllabus, such as topics, weekly schedule and exams, assignments and their weights. In many ways, the syllabus serves as a course lesson for each course. It is our Course planning instrument, describes our semester course goal, structure and assignments, It gives space to students for learning and practice. The syllabus should be as described below:

  1. Syllabus should not be so much extensive

Priority will be given to “experiential learning and critical thinking” to keep the core essence of education. It will reduce the stress on the students appearing for the exam and helps them to practice and overcome the f and to reduce the curriculum of the exam. And the syllabus should be compact and up to standard.

  1. Compatible with modern technology

The syllabus should be compatible with today’s learning demand and technology. And Syllabus plays very important role to increase interest in learning and understanding. It should be covered with each basic and necessary information which students should be known to understanding and solving their daily issues related to their studies.

  1. Practical based

Practical based syllabus will promote experiential learning, introducing students to the tools and equipment they need to use. Practical tasks promote self-learning, practice leads to perfection and cannot become an overnight expert. Therefore, the more practice, the more skill.

Now, we can understand and look our bright future to eradicate the above drawbacks which are having in our education system.
